A typical day consists of....

09:00 - 10:00	Fun warm ups and light games
10:00 - 11:00	Skills sets incorporating batting, bowling and fielding
11:00 - 12:00	Skill sets with games
12:00 - 13:00	Lunch with quiz and DVD
13:00 - 14:30	Nets with bowling machine
14:30 - 16:00	Tournaments

Mixed ages and abilities welcome.
Bring your own pack up, equipment and a bottle of water
T-shirt and prizes included!!!

After 4pm 1:1 coaching sessions are available on a bowling machine.
